What Is the 30 Days of Gratitude Project:
This project is a community experiment. Based on the scientific research that practicing gratitude on a daily basis can increase your happiness and life satisfaction, the concept is to bring people together to practice gratefulness for the 30 days of November, 2009.
How The Project Works:
The project is simple to participate in. Once you have registered, you will receive a daily or weekly e-mail (depending on which you choose) to help remind you to log in on the website and submit your gratitude from November 1 through November 30, 2009. You can submit a gratitude that is fresh in your mind or respond to our theme of the day.
Ways to Join:
1. Join the full project as an Individual seeking the benefits of gratitude.
2. Join the full project as a family, group or class
3. Join in Partnership with someone you know who is not connected to the internet (grandparent, senior, neighbor, child who could use a dose of gratitude juice?)
4. Join the project with the Gratitude Lite option and receive one e-mail a week, prompting you to submit up to 7 gratitudes at one time.
What else will be on this site:
While on the site, you are welcome to check out some cool features:
• view the highlighted gratitudes from the previous themes • explore other participants' gratitudes • read some of the science on the value of gratitude • link to other gratitude resources and projects and leave feedback.
