I am grateful for the season of spring and the opportunity to see nature come "alive" again. Spring is the season of growth and I am grateful for the growth in my own life.
AND - most importantly - I am ever so grateful for my brother Tom - who's birthday it is today - 48 years and counting - he's absolutely awesome - such an inspiration to everyone around him - I LOVE HIM!!
I am grateful to pay taxes? I suppose so - that means my husband and I have jobs and a way to pay for a warm home, electricity, good food - all the things that we so easily take for granted. BUT I am especially thankful that I have officially hit the send button to the tax guy with all the numbers accumulated! What a liberating feeling!!
I am grateful for the sound of today's gentle rain and the little green signs poking up from the ground - that means spring is just around the corner. I am grateful for the faith I have that spring will always come!
I am grateful for waking up to a warm, safe home. So many do not have this privilige.

Tough day today but it is almost over and I am hoping that tomorrow is at least not more bad news. The good thing is that it reminds me to be grateful for all I do have.
I am so thankful that I have the ability to get up, get dressed and walk. There are so many people who would love to do something that I often take for granted.
I am grateful for my sweet husband. I have many fears and anxieties. He helps me through this by helping me to think about things logically. He is strong and he gives me strength.

Just got our supply of Girl Scout cookies from our neighbor's 9 year old daughter. Very grateful for the Thin Mints. So subtle, so delicately chocolatey. Especially when put in the freezer. Thanks for the Thin Mints Girl Scouts.
I'm grateful that once again this site is available to post our gratitudes. It's also refreshing to read the gratitudes of others and the way this positively affects our lives.
39 years ago today we adopted a 4 month old baby who we named George. This one of God's greatest gifts in my life, and their have been many, many wonderful gifts in my 78 years. Deo gratias! - Gene

My 13 year old and I have been butting heads lately and I was feeling discouraged by the destination that we seemed to end up in each time. But I have been consciously trying to change my part in these dramas and I think because my son is appreciating my efforts - he is trying to do things better as well. We had another success today. Which helps me remember that I have a really terrific kid!

I am very gratefyl for the sun shining today. While I live in the south and can't really understand the cold of the north...it has been very rainy and gray here. Today the sun is out and it changes your entire perspective on life!
I'm grateful for this website. I have been home all weekend without a voice (laryngitis) and it's nice to have a place to feel connected when I can not speak on the phone and I live alone with my darling 1 year old.
It warms my heart to see my children laughing. Nothing is more beautiful than the sound of a child laughing deeply and "with their whole body". When my son laughs while we are playing, all the troubles of being unemployed and all of the worries in my mind are washed away...

I am grateful that my son Alex was healthy enough today to go to school - especially because that allowed me to meet with some wonderful women who will be gathering to support each other in our self-employment endeavors. Very appreciative that they were all game to meet!
I went to traffic cour the other day to try and get a speeding ticket fine reduced and was unsuccessful. Yet it didn't bother me that much, I realized I am grateful to have reliable transportation because it's one less stress and makes life easier for me. It's my own fault for speeding too.
I am grateful that this gratitude project, started by my amazingly talented wife, has done exactly what it promised it would do...make me a more grateful person.
I am grateful for my precious cat Sadie. She is a lover and a cuddler and definitely can keep me warm. She makes me feel needed, appreciated and loved...and she seems to think I am quite a good singer too.

I am grateful for the women in my Archetype Group which had its last session last night. It was an honor to teach such a wonderful, inspiring group of women.

I am grateful to be living in a time when hearts and minds are expending and connecting, information about expanding our consciousness and connection to the Divine is readily available to all, and the concept of Love being the antidote to fear seems to be more accessible on a global scale...just happy to be here and witness/participate in so much spiritual transformation taking place...
I'm grateful for a weekend away with some friends; hiking outside in the snow, sitting by the fire in the cottage, praying, eating and laughing together. I'm so thankful for these women and for our husbands who kept the home fires burning too!
Warm blankets, hot cocoa, hot soup, smell of cookies hot from the oven, warm hugs from my grandchildre, hot buttery popcorn with a good fuzzy movie, hot steamy bubble bath, all these things and more make keeping warm in the winter fun!

I'm grateful that I am healthy enough to learn new ideas and have the energy to implement them in our new world. We have a new method of doing business happening right in front of our eyes. We are all coping differently. My thanks are to others for tolerating my slowness and patient with my rate of awareness & growth.
